Chocolate Tofu Pudding
  1. Add tofu, cocoa powder, powdered sugar and vanilla to a food processor.

  2. Process for about 1 minute, until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Scrape down the sides as necessary.

  3. Divide mixture into 6 cups or small bowls. Place in fridge for at least 30 minutes for the mixture to set up.

  4. Top with whipped cream and chocolate shavings if desired to serve.
