Mix the flour, coconut flour, baking soda, and garlic powder.
Add the Greek yogurt and egg whites, and mix.
Spread the mixture thin in a circle on parchment paper.
Bake for 10 minutes at 450°F, then flip.
Top with the sun-dried tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, mozzarella, cottage cheese, and basil.
Bake for 5-10 minutes until the cheese is browned.
Top with more basil, balsamic glaze, and optionally arugula and balsamic.
