  2. Pour in warm broth, one cup at a time, letting it absorb like risotto, while continuing to stir.

  3. Once al dente, off the heat, add cheese wedges, pecorino or parmigiano, and a final broth splash.

  4. Stir until creamy, drizzle with olive oil, and serve!
