Place the oats, protein powder, peanut butter, honey, milk, and mini chocolate chips into a medium bowl.
Use a silicone spatula (or your hands) to mix the dough together.
Scoop a hearty teaspoon of the dough into your palms and roll it into a ball.
Repeat with the remaining dough until you have 15 balls.
Store in the refrigerator for up to a week or in the freezer for up to 3 months.
