Balanced Oat Bran Breakfast Bowl
  1. Cook 40g oat bran with 200ml milk of choice for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally

  2. Transfer cooked oat bran to a bowl

  3. Top with 100g Greek yoghurt

  4. Add 100g blackberries

  5. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon chia seeds over the top

  6. Drizzle 10g peanut butter over the bowl

  7. Serve immediately
