Peel potatoes and cut them into thin slices
Cook potatoes in salted water for 10 minutes
Cut cabbage into slices
Cut onion into small cubes
Fry onion in a hot pan with oil
Add ground beef to the pan
Roast tomato paste with the beef
Add all of the cabbage to the pan
Add heavy cream and cook for about 10 minutes until cabbage is soft
Season the cabbage mixture with salt, pepper, and soy sauce
Layer ⅓ of the potatoes in a ramekin and season with salt and pepper
Top with ⅓ of the cabbage mixture and some cheese
Repeat layering twice until everything is layered and ends with a layer of cheese
Bake at 180°C (360°F) convection for 20-30 minutes until golden brown
