Roasted Cherry Tomatoes With Burrata
  1. Preheat the oven to 400℉. Rinse the cherry tomatoes with cold water.

  2. In a baking dish, toss together the cherry tomatoes, olive oil, sliced garlic cloves, black pepper, red chili flakes, kosher salt, and dried thyme. Roast in the oven for 30 minutes.

  3. In the meantime, bring the cheese, pesto, and balsamic glaze to room temperature.

  4. Remove the roasted tomatoes from the oven and transfer to a serving platter. Top with the burrata cheese and drizzle with the pesto and balsamic glaze. Garnish with sprigs of basil.

  5. Serve with grilled bread or crostinis.
