Sausage Pancake Bites

Mix pancake mix with water according to the directions on the box. Stir in cheese and syrup.
Cut each sausage link into 4 pieces. Fill pancake mix in mini muffin pans only filling about half full. Place a piece of sausage in each one.
Bake at 400 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
This made 48 mini pancake muffins. Dip in more syrup and enjoy! Let me know if you try it out!
