Preheat oven to 375°F.
In a bowl, mix together the salmon, cream cheese, mayonnaise, Parmesan, green onions, dill, lemon juice, salt and pepper until well combined.
Scoop the salmon mixture into a greased muffin tin, filling each cup about ¾ full.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, until the tops are golden brown.
Serve warm.
