Cut the tofu into 16 sticks. Add the blackened seasoning to a shallow bowl. Dredge the tofu in the seasoning and place on a plate.
Add all of the sauce ingredients to a bowl and mix to combine. Taste and adjust the seasonings as needed. Set aside.
Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add the tofu and cook until browned, flip and brown the other side (approx. 3 minutes per side). Remove from the skillet and place on a paper towel lined plate to remove the excess oil.
Heat the tortillas. To assemble, add avocado, cabbage and tofu to each tortilla. Drizzle on some of the sauce and serve with lime wedges on the side.
