Teriyaki Chicken (FREEZER MEAL)
  1. Divide chicken evenly among freezer bags

  2. In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, sugar, vinegar, and oil, stirring until sugar is dissolved. Divide marinade evenly over chicken; into each bag, measure 1 teaspoon garlic and 1 teaspoon ginger.

  3. Seal and gently shake each bag to combine contents. Freeze. Food will stay at optimal quality for up to 3 months in freezer.

  4. Completely thaw one freezer meal in refrigerator.

  5. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).

  6. Place chicken in an ungreased baking dish. Bake, uncovered, for 1 hour or until an instant-read thermometer inserted into thickest part of chicken reads 165°F (74°C). Turn pieces once or twice during baking. The longer the cooking time, the thicker and stickier the sauce will be.
