Lemon Chicken Pasta
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.

  2. Season chicken with olive oil, lemon zest, and spices.

  3. Cook chicken in a sauté pan until golden and 165ºF inside. Set aside.

  4. Cook pasta until just shy of al dente. Reserve 1 cup pasta water.

  5. In the same pan, sauté onions in butter until soft. Add garlic and cook briefly.

  6. Add cream, broth, salt, and pepper. Simmer until slightly thickened.

  7. Stir in parsley, cheese, lemon zest, and juice.

  8. Toss in pasta and ½ cup pasta water. Stir vigorously over medium-high heat until glossy.

  9. Add more pasta water if needed. Slice chicken and place on top.

  10. Garnish with parsley, cheese, black pepper, and lemon juice.
