Mix the mince with the herbs and spices and let marinate for an hour or so if you can.
Pop it out into a loaf tin and shape to the tin.. or onto tinfoil and form a big sausage shape and wrap it up nice and tight
Pop in the airfryer for 30-35 mins at 190°
If using the tin, turn the meat to brown all the sides during cooking and when the juices run clear and it's nice and browned it's done
If using foil, open the foil for the last 5-10 mins to brown the outside
Or you can oven cook at 200° for 40 mins
The foil will hold all the juices so make sure to keep them so you can pour over your sliced meat for extra flavour
