Peanut Butter Chocolate Chia Seed Yogurt Bowl
  1. Mix together Greek yoghurt, peanut butter, cocoa powder, chia seeds, and milk of choice

  2. Add honey or maple syrup to taste

  3. If meal prepping, prepare the chia seed base the day before; otherwise let it thicken for approximately 25 minutes

  4. Melt the dark chocolate and mix with salted roasted peanuts

  5. Layer the melted chocolate and nut mixture on top of the yoghurt base

  6. Refrigerate to harden the top layer

  7. Enjoy
