Chermoula Paste (moroccan Chermoula Sauce)
  1. In a food processor, combine cilantro, parsley, and garlic. Pulse until finely chopped.

  2. Add cumin, coriander, paprika, turmeric, cayenne, lemon juice, and zest. Pulse to combine.

  3. Slowly drizzle in olive oil while blending until a thick paste forms.

  4. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

  5. Use immediately or store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
