Add protein powder and sweetener to a bowl and mix
Slowly add cold water and mix until you get a runny icing consistency
Fold in frozen fat free Cool Whip, being careful not to overmix
Add crushed OREO Thins and mix in
Evenly distribute mixture into 10 ice cream bar molds
Add to freezer until frozen (at least 3-4 hours)
Remove from molds once frozen
Optional: Roll in crushed OREO cookie crumbs
Store in freezer in a freezer safe bag
