Prepare the chicken by mixing the chicken pieces with olive oil, onion powder, chili powder, old bay seasoning, and black pepper.
Add the sugar free bbq sauce and honey, and mix well to coat the chicken.
In a salad bowl, combine the chopped romaine, avocado, cherry tomatoes, green onion, corn, and cilantro.
In a separate bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, water, honey, minced garlic, and a squeeze of lemon. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Add the cooked chicken to the salad and drizzle the dressing over the top.
