Microwave the cauliflower rice according to the package instructions, only shave off about 1 minute of cook time.
In a medium skillet, melt the butter and saute the minced garlic for about 1 minute over medium heat.
Add the mostly cooked cauliflower rice to the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring regularly.
Add the parmesan cheese and mix well. Do a taste test and add salt & pepper as desired.
Garnish with crushed red pepper and enjoy!
