Air Fryer Kung Pao Cauliflower
  1. Wash the cauliflower florets. Drain them.Take a bowl .Place cauliflower florets,all purpose flour,corn starch ,red pepper flakes,crushed black pepper,salt.Mix everything together to coat the cauliflower florets perfectly.

  2. Line an air fryer with a parchment paper. Arrange cauliflower florets and brush them with oil.

  3. Air fry them at 370 F till they look golden Keep an eye on them and turn them over for once.

  4. Remove from the air fryer

  5. Take a pan.Heat sesame oil in it.

  6. Add minced /chopped garlic ,ginger and dry red chili .Stir it once and let it cook for 30 second. Add red bell pepper,green bell pepper and onion petals.

  7. Stir for one minute.Take a bowl and mix everything written under sauce mix.

  8. Add sauce mix to the pan /wok and cook until they start bubbling.

  9. Add air fried cauliflower to the pan .Mix them to coat perfectly with the sauce.

  10. Garnish with chopped scallion,cashew Nuts and serve immediately .
