Triple Garlic Chicken Ramen
  1. Heat oven to 400°F. Roast garlic bulb for 30 minutes until soft.

  2. Heat oil in a large pot, fry sliced garlic until browned. Set aside.

  3. Cook chopped garlic, scallion whites, and ginger in the pot.

  4. Add chicken broth, noodle sauce packets, and bring to a boil.

  5. Add chicken, simmer for 20 minutes, then pick it apart and season with Momofuku Savory Seasoned Salt.

  6. Bring broth back to a boil, add roasted garlic and noodles. Cook for 2 minutes.

  7. Assemble ramen bowls with greens, chicken, scallion greens, fried garlic, and soft boiled egg (optional).

  8. Serve and enjoy!
