Blitz down the almonds and combine with the dates
Add a tablespoon of water if required, but be careful not to make the mixture too sticky
Knead through the rice crispies and shape into logs
Set the logs in the fridge while you melt the dark chocolate
Coat the crispy logs in melted chocolate
Allow to set
Store in the fridge in an airtight container or gift in small jars or cellophane bags
