Grab 3 glass jars with lids or meal prep containers.
Add the chia seeds (2 tbsp per jar) and coconut (1 tbsp per jar) to the jars.
Blend the milk, protein powder & raspberries together until smooth then pour this (½ cup per jar) on top of the chia and coconut mixture. Stir well until combined.
Pop the lid on the jars then place all jars in the fridge to set for 60 minutes.
Once the chia is set, add thick yoghurt and toppings on top. Pop the lids back on and put it in the fridge until you are ready to eat it (eat within 3 days).
