  1. Ensure all ingredients are at room temperature

  2. Add ingredients to a jar in this order: egg, Dijon mustard, salt, white wine vinegar, then oil last

  3. Place stick blender flat on the bottom of the jar

  4. Blend without moving until the mixture thickens

  5. Slowly lift the blender to finish
