Dry Harissa Spice Mix
  1. In a frying pan place the seeds and toast them till they become fragrant. Don’t let them burn.

  2. Place all the seeds in a mortar and pestle or apice grinder, work them to a coarse grind.

  3. Mix all the ingredients together and give it a few days to settle and combine for best taste.
