High Protein Chocolate Pudding
  1. Add cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, chocolate protein powder, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, Medjool dates, and milk of choice to a blender.

  2. Blend until smooth.

  3. Stir in chia seeds.

  4. Transfer to a glass/jar for 1 large or 2 smaller servings.

  5. Top with fruit, nuts, seeds, granola...or eat it exactly as is.
