Levain-style Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies
  1. Mix cold butter and sugars together till no large chunks are remaining.

  2. Add your eggs and vanilla.

  3. In a separate bowl, combine your dry ingredients (sift your cocoa powder!).

  4. Add the dry ingredients to your mixer, half at a time. Mix just till combined, making sure not to overmix.

  5. Add your peanut butter chips.

  6. Separate and shape into 6oz balls.

  7. Freeze overnight and bake the next day at 350F for 20 minutes.
