Combine the flour, salt, and sugar.
Activate the yeast with the water.
Add the activated yeast/water mixture and the olive oil to the dry ingredients. Stir until a dough ball forms.
Knead for 10 minutes.
Coat with more olive oil.
Cover and let rise in a warm place for 60 minutes.
Separate into equal parts and form into balls.
Cover with plastic wrap and wait 10 minutes. Alternatively, put it in the fridge for 1 hour or so.
Form dough. Add sauce/toppings and bake as hot as possible for 15-20 minutes.
