Pizza dough 2 (14 inch)
  1. Combine the flour, salt, and sugar.

  2. Activate the yeast with the water.

  3. Add the activated yeast/water mixture and the olive oil to the dry ingredients. Stir until a dough ball forms.

  4. Knead for 10 minutes.

  5. Coat with more olive oil.

  6. Cover and let rise in a warm place for 60 minutes.

  7. Separate into equal parts and form into balls.

  8. Cover with plastic wrap and wait 10 minutes. Alternatively, put it in the fridge for 1 hour or so.

  9. Form dough. Add sauce/toppings and bake as hot as possible for 15-20 minutes.
