Tinga Verde Tostadas
  1. Cook chicken breast with half an onion and two garlic cloves for about 25 minutes. Shred the chicken and set aside.

  2. Air fry 8–10 tomatillos, two serrano peppers, and one garlic clove for 5 minutes at 400°F.

  3. Add the roasted ingredients to a blender with a small bunch of cilantro, chicken bouillon, and 1 cup of chicken broth. Blend until smooth.

  4. Sauté half a chopped white onion in a pan. Add the shredded chicken and pour in the green sauce. Let it simmer.

  5. Fry tortillas in oil until golden and crispy like tostadas.

  6. Layer the tostada with tinga verde, crema, cotija cheese, and lettuce.
