Cabbage And Egg Dish
  1. Slice the cabbage like noodles and wash it several times to remove the water

  2. Mix 2 eggs with the cabbage

  3. Add the cut green onion, carrot and ham

  4. Season with ½ tsp salt, pepper, ½ tsp crushed red pepper, 1 tsp minced garlic, and 1 tbsp potato starch

  5. Mix everything together

  6. On low heat, melt 10g of butter

  7. Make the cabbage mixture into a donut shape
