Air Fryer Sea Bass
  1. Pat the sea bass fillets dry with kitchen paper towel.

  2. Juice and zest the lemon.

  3. Add the onion powder, garlic powder, lemon juice, dried parsley, salt & black pepper to a small bowl with the olive oil. Mix together until combined.

  4. Use a pastry brush to coat both sides of the fish with the marinade.

  5. Place the fish fillets skin side down in the air fryer (no need to pre-heat) and cook for 5-6 minutes at 190˚C / 390˚F until the fish is cooked throughout and has reached an internal temperature of 63˚C / 145˚F.

  6. Remove from the air fryer with a fish slice, garnish with the lemon zest and serve immediately.
