Pat the sea bass fillets dry with kitchen paper towel.
Juice and zest the lemon.
Add the onion powder, garlic powder, lemon juice, dried parsley, salt & black pepper to a small bowl with the olive oil. Mix together until combined.
Use a pastry brush to coat both sides of the fish with the marinade.
Place the fish fillets skin side down in the air fryer (no need to pre-heat) and cook for 5-6 minutes at 190˚C / 390˚F until the fish is cooked throughout and has reached an internal temperature of 63˚C / 145˚F.
Remove from the air fryer with a fish slice, garnish with the lemon zest and serve immediately.
