Spray your crock pot.
Cook one pound of ground beef on your stove top and drain the excess grease. Add it to the crock pot.
Cut one package of kielbasa (12 ounces) into bite size pieces. Add it to the crock pot.
Add one bag of family size pierogies (about 24 to 26 ounces) to the crock pot.
Add two cans of cream of potato to the crock pot.
Fill one of the cream of potato cans with beef broth and add it to the crock pot.
Add 2 teaspoons of smoked paprika or regular paprika, 2 teaspoons of garlic powder, 2 teaspoons of onion powder, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1 teaspoon of pepper to the crock pot.
Stir the ingredients in the crock pot.
Cut half a stick of butter into little squares and place them all around the top of the ingredients in the crock pot.
Put the lid on the crock pot and cook on high for two to three hours or low for four to five hours.
Once cooked, add two cups of shredded cheddar cheese to the crock pot.
Put the lid back on to allow the cheese to melt.
