Boil the broccoli florets in salted water, remove.
Cool the pasta in the broccoli water.
Blend the broccoli with some of the cooking water, lemon juice, salt, pepper and olive oil.
Skin the sausage and fry in lumps in the pan until it’s crispy. Remove.
Put the cooked pasta into the sausage-y frying pan and add a ladle of cooking water. Add the blended broccoli and the raw shredded leaves, mix through.
Serve the pasta in a bowl with extra sauce on top, the crispy sausage and then add some stracciatella.
