Cook ½ lb pasta in salted water until al dente.
Add 4 tbsp of butter to a pan with 3 cloves of minced garlic.
Cook until fragrant then add 2 cups of heavy cream.
Bring to a simmer and season with salt, pepper, garlic/ onion powder and paprika.
Turn down the heat and add 1 cup cheddar, 1 cup of mozzarella, ½ cup parmesan and a few cut up cubes of velveeta.
Mix and let melt. Then add your cooked pasta, a dash of pasta water and mix some more.
Add to an oven safe dish and top with more cheese. Bake at 375 for 20-25 minutes or until the cheesy is slightly browned.
Let cool for a few mins and enjoy!
