One of my favorite banana breads. It’s by Gold Medal flour.
Cream 1 ¼ cup sugar.
½ cup butter.
Add in 3-4 very ripe bananas
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
½ cup buttermilk
2 ½ cup flour all purpose
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
Mix and bake in greased pan at 350 for 55 minutes. Makes 2 loaves. I personally recommend baking about 5-10 minutes less than the recipe states.
