Rubirosa Pesto
  1. Grate Grana Padao & Pecorino Cheese (we suggest using a microplane grater).

  2. Pick basil off of stem.

  3. Combine all ingredients in a food processor.

  4. Pulse until well combined. Mixture should form thick a paste.

  5. Enjoy with Rubirosa Lumache Pasta! Can be stored in refrigerator for up to two weeks & in a freezer for 6 months!
