Creamy 5 Minute Peanut Butter Frosting
  1. In a mixing bowl, cream together the peanut butter and softened butter until smooth.

  2. Add the salt then gradually add the powdered sugar, mixing well after each addition, until fully incorporated.

  3. Add the vanilla extract and 1 tablespoon of milk or cream. Mix until smooth. If the frosting is still too thick add the second tablespoon of milk of cream and mix again.

  4. If the icing is still too thick according to your preference, add more milk or cream, 1 teaspoon at a time, until you reach your desired consistency.

  5. Use the icing to frost cupcakes, cakes, or cookies. Enjoy!
