Kung Pao Sauce
  1. Start with a small sauce pan or casserole. Add Hoisin sauce, garlic, tamari, vegetable broth, and rice vinegar. Bring everything to boil and let simmer on low for around 1 minute.

  2. Finally mix cornstarch with water and add to the sauce boil again until thickened to the desired consistency. Cool down a bit and transfer to an airtight container with a lid on top.
