Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Toss shredded chicken with Buffalo wing sauce.
Stir ricotta with ranch dressing, season lightly.
Spread Buffalo sauce in dish. Add noodles, ranch-ricotta, chicken, mozzarella, blue cheese (optional).
Continue layering until ingredients are used, finishing with noodles and cheese.
Cover with foil and bake 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake 10–15 minutes more.
Let cool 10 minutes before slicing. Garnish with parsley and serve.
