Heat up veg oil to frying point and carefully place in coated mushroom, fry until golden and crispy, then add to a frying rack
Add all sauce ingredients to a pan, starting by frying the garlic in oil and then add the rest, once cooked add to a blender to make a smooth sauce
Toast and butter bagel, lather in mayo, load with lettuce and sauerkraut, top with fried mushroom and pickles, and enjoy
