Harissa & Chickpea Soup
  1. Add the chickpeas, harissa paste, and vegetable broth to a pot.

  2. Dice the onion and mince the garlic, then add them to the pot.

  3. Bring the soup to a simmer and let it cook for 10-15 minutes.

  4. Remove from heat and stir in the lemon juice.

  5. Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
