1-2 hrs before starting pot: Chicken in bag with Thyme, Garlic Powder, Parsley, Salt and Pepper and Italian Seasoning. Heat pot on Med-Hi with 1-2 Tbsp oil.
Add Chicken to pot. Cook until chicken on sticks from pot.
Repeat on both sides. Set aside. Melt Butter, once melted add garlic and onion. Cook until onions turn translucent.
Mix Flour and Cream until no flour clumps remain, add to pot and stir until it starts to thicken. Whisk in broth simmer until thickened.
DO NOT BOIL. Add Thyme, Parsley, Nutmeg, and Italian Seasoning (Measure with your head).
Add remaining ingredients and Chicken (Cut into bite size pieces). Simmer until heated through.
