Mix the flour, salt, baking powder, baking soda and sugar together
In another bowl beat the eggs with buttermilk, vanilla extract and melted butter.
Pour the wet into the dry and carefully whisk together (don't overdo, a few lumps are fine)
Bake in a preheated pan with butter on medium and flip right before the big bubbles on top form.
Serve with maple syrup and a piece of butter
