Preheat oven to 190°C / 375°F.
In a bowl, mix ground chicken, cream cheese, spinach, tomato, mozzarella, salt, and pepper.
Scoop portions onto a parchment lined baking sheet and shape into small calzone-style mounds.
Brush the tops with beaten egg and sprinkle breadcrumbs over each one.
Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden and cooked through.
