Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a bowl, mix the roasted chickpeas (lightly crushed), cream cheese, and fresh herbs.
Stuff each pepper half with the chickpea and cream cheese mixture.
Arrange stuffed peppers on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes until peppers are tender and filling is heated through.
Serve warm or allow to cool and refrigerate.
