One-pan Broccoli Gnocchi With Chickpeas
  1. Sauté onion in olive oil for 2–3 min in a large pan

  2. Add gnocchi, pan-fry 5–7 min until golden

  3. Add broccoli & chickpeas, cover 2–3 min to steam broccoli

  4. Season with garlic, paprika, nutritional yeast, salt & pepper

  5. Optional: stir in soy cream/oat milk until creamy

  6. Serve hot or pack for meal prep
