Sauté onion in olive oil for 2–3 min in a large pan
Add gnocchi, pan-fry 5–7 min until golden
Add broccoli & chickpeas, cover 2–3 min to steam broccoli
Season with garlic, paprika, nutritional yeast, salt & pepper
Optional: stir in soy cream/oat milk until creamy
Serve hot or pack for meal prep
