Protein Fruit Bark
  1. Line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper.

  2. Layer raspberries and shredded coconut evenly.

  3. Mix yogurt, raw honey, and Protein. Spread over raspberries.

  4. Add a layer of coconut butter for extra creaminess.

  5. Melt chocolate in a double boiler, then drizzle over the top. Use a knife to marbleize.

  6. Freeze 2-3 hours, then slice into squares. Keep stored in the freezer.
