Rice Cooker Bibimbap
  1. Marinate the sliced steak with soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, sesame oil, and minced garlic

  2. Soak and slice the shiitake mushrooms

  3. Thinly slice the carrot

  4. Prepare the bibim sauce by mixing gochujang, sugar, sesame oil, rice vinegar, minced garlic, and sesame seeds

  5. Add 1 cup short grain rice and 1 cup mushroom dashi to the rice cooker

  6. Layer the marinated steak, mushrooms, carrot, bean sprouts, and spinach on top of the rice in the rice cooker

  7. Cook in the rice cooker until the rice is done

  8. Drizzle the bibim sauce over the cooked bibimbap and mix well before serving
