Prep the oven – Preheat to 425°F
Chop it up – Cube the sweet potatoes, red onion, and chicken.
Season – Add everything to a sheet pan and toss with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne, and salt.
Roast – Bake for 25 minutes, tossing once halfway through.
Top it off – Add jalapeño slices, crumbled feta, and drizzle with honey.
Broil – Return to the oven for 3–4 minutes until lightly charred.
Serve – Plate with sliced avocado and enjoy!
