  1. Melt the butter

  2. Mix all wet ingredients together first (melted butter, beaten eggs, and sour cream)

  3. Mix all dry ingredients together (Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix, sugar or honey, and salt)

  4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients

  5. Add the drained whole kernel corn and cream-style sweet corn to the mixture

  6. Pour the mixture into a baking dish

  7. Brush the top with honey, butter, and flakey salt if desired

  8. Bake until golden and set
