Pecan Tahini Snickers Bars
  1. To make your own toasted pecans: Preheat oven to 180C. Add pecans to a lined tray. Roast for 8-12 minutes, tossing halfway. Be careful not to burn!

  2. Melt the tahini and butter together.

  3. Add the pitted dates and pecans to a food processor and blend until a sticky dough forms.

  4. Press the date-pecan mixture into a lined baking tin.

  5. Melt the dark chocolate and pour over the top, spreading evenly.

  6. Sprinkle with flakey sea salt.

  7. Refrigerate until set, then cut into bars.
